Privacy Policy
Effective June 10, 2026. Tiny Paint: Retro 98 does not require an account and VUBA does not collect personal information, drawings, files, clipboard contents, screenshots, analytics, or crash reports from the macOS app.
Information Collection and Use
Drawings, files, clipboard images, screenshots, and preferences are processed on your Mac only when you choose the corresponding feature. TinyPaint does not upload that content. File access and Screen Recording permission are requested through macOS only when needed for a user-initiated action.
Log Data
The app contains no advertising, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, or remote crash-reporting service. VUBA does not receive app usage or diagnostic logs.
Cookies
The macOS app does not use cookies.
Purchases and Security
TinyPaint offers an optional Buy Me a Coffee consumable purchase. Apple processes the payment through StoreKit and the App Store. VUBA does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may retain purchase records under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Retention and Deletion
VUBA has no app-content server and therefore retains no drawings, files, clipboard images, screenshots, preferences, analytics, or crash reports. You control local files and can delete them in Finder. App preferences can be reset or removed with the app. Apple controls retention and deletion of App Store transaction records.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and VUBA does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
