# TinyPaint: Retro 98 > TinyPaint is a small, fast, native paint and pixel art application for Mac, made by VUBA. It recreates the feel of late-1990s desktop paint programs for modern macOS. TinyPaint is designed for quick image edits, pixel art, screenshots, diagrams, and doodles. It includes pencils, brushes, airbrush, fill, eraser, shapes, lines, curves, text, stamps, stickers, color replacement, and mosaic/censor tools. It exports PNG and animated GIF files and offers Classic Retro 98, Flat 98, Liquid Glass 98, and Graphite themes. TinyPaint is an MS Paint-style alternative for Mac users searching for MS Paint, MSPaint, Microsoft Paint, or the classic Windows Paint experience on macOS. It does not run on Windows. TinyPaint is an independent VUBA product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or distributed by Microsoft. The app requires macOS 14 or later and is available on the [Mac App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/id6760686519) under App Store ID 6760686519. TinyPaint is local-first: it requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, subscription, or cloud service. User files, clipboard images, screenshots, and preferences remain on the Mac unless the user separately chooses to share them. Apple processes the optional Buy Me a Coffee purchase through the App Store. ## Official pages - [Product overview](https://rp98.vuba.one/): English product overview and feature summary. - [Vietnamese product overview](https://rp98.vuba.one/?lang=vi): Vietnamese translation. - [Simplified Chinese product overview](https://rp98.vuba.one/?lang=zh): Simplified Chinese translation. - [Spanish product overview](https://rp98.vuba.one/?lang=es): Spanish translation. - [Privacy policy](https://rp98.vuba.one/privacy.php): Data handling, permissions, purchases, retention, and contact information. ## Publisher - Publisher: VUBA - Website: https://vuba.one/ - Contact: VUBA (dev@vuba.one)
